The Quik Lok SP282 BK is a pair of lightweight, heavy-duty tripod speaker stands featuring an automatic Safe-Lift height adjustment system and air-cushioned descent. Designed for safe, single-person operation, the internal steel pin automatically engages into locking slots every 100 mm (3.94 in) as the stand is raised, allowing incremental lifting of heavy speaker cabinets. The integrated air-cushion mechanism ensures a smooth, controlled descent when releasing the collar. Constructed from durable lightweight tubing, each stand features a 35 mm (1.38 in) top tube and includes a 38 mm (1.50 in) adapter sleeve. The stands adjust from 1,220 mm to 1,830 mm (48.03 to 72.05 in), collapse down to 1,080 mm (42.52 in) for transport, and support up to 56.6 kg (124.78 lbs) per stand.
