The Quik Lok QL791 is a universal instrument stand engineered to accommodate guitars and basses of virtually any shape or size, including non-traditional body styles commonly used in indie, alternative, or metal genres. Upgraded from the original QL691, it features a padded neck cradle that adjusts in height from 510 mm to 860 mm (20.08 to 33.86 in) and incorporates built-in pick holders capable of storing up to three plectrums. The two bottom support arms rotate independently and adjust vertically along the legs via dedicated knobs to avoid interfering with instrument controls, jacks, or hardware, while soft rubber coatings protect the instrument finish. Constructed from arc-welded steel, the stand features an asymmetrical leveling rubber foot to stabilize the base on uneven floors and folds flat to 520 mm (20.47 in) for transport.
